RETURN POLICY

Effective January, 1 2006 We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't right though, please let us know. All of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping to be free from defects.
All sales are final for food products (Pickled Sausage, Pickled Eggs, etc.). If there is a problem due to shipping and handling, we will replace the damaged product.
For clothing, we gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise. We'll send you a new size or an entirely different style. If you'd rather have a refund, we'll take care of that too.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT.
For returns: Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice or store receipt, then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address below. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
For exchanges: Check the "exchange" box on your original invoice, and list the item(s) you would like to receive in the space provided. Then, include the invoice along with your merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below via insured mail. We'll send in-stock items to you right away. We will charge your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

Things To Keep In Mind... - Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. - Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. - Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. - If the original payment was a check, money order, or gift certificate, you will receive a refund check in the mail.
