What’s the difference between a Pickled Pigs Foot and a Pickled Pork Knuckle? About one inch and a bunch more meat. What’s the difference between a hock and knuckle? Nothing and I’d appreciate it if you’d cease this line of questioning. SW (Red) Smith’s pickled knuckles are slow-cured for over a week, sprinkled with a pinch of love, then packed whole into each jar before any flavor can escape. In over 30 years of business, we’ve only had one flavor escapee – unfortunately it only made it to the wall where it was promptly swallowed up by our guard dogs. Available in gallon jars too!

Spammers are the lowest form of life. Lower even than pig's feet! But I prefer the company of our porcine friends over spammers.
