Red Smith Pickled Eggs
Everyone says that hard-boiled eggs are good for you, but they fail to mention that they also taste like balls of Styrofoam. No it’s not a mirage; Red Smith is your oasis in a vast desert of taste deficiency. So come on in and get out of the heat, but please wipe the sand off your shoes before you do, and enjoy all the Red Smith pickled eggs you can eat. Red Smith uses only extra large eggs from chickens that were hand-selected by a team of Roosterologists for their ability to lay pre-shelled hard-boiled eggs with their yokes centered. Every year, Red Smith awards one of these flightless birds with the coveted “Golden Egg Award” to the hen who lays the largest egg; last year’s winner laid a 45 pounder that is still on display at the Smithsonian. But I digress; Red Smith pickled eggs are available in gallon and pint jars too!

Sheesh, people even spam a pickled egg site! Get a life, losers. And get some of these pickled products. They're awesome!

I've had all the products and especially love the pickled eggs. I have a question....do they need refrigerating after opening? I've seen them for sale individually on store counters not refrigerated and they taste better. I've asked in stores, but no one seems to agree on an answer. So which...refrigerated or not after opening??
